You can schedule through GlossGenius, send me a DM on Instagram, or text/call me directly (909) 205-6818 ā¢ All deposits are non-refundable ā¢ Deposits can be paid through GlossGenius, Zelle, or Apple Pay using my phone number. ā¢ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule within that time frame. ā¢ If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not reschedule within the 24-hour window, a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment ā¢ Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ā¢ No-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments ā” LATE POLICY ā” Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure I can provide the best service possible. ā¢ A **10-minute grace period** is allowed. ā¢ Clients arriving **more than 10 minutes late** will be charged a $10 late fee. ā¢ Clients arriving **15 minutes or more late** may have their appointment canceled and will need to reschedule. ā¢ If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible.
